Absolutely loved him. People said he was hard but u just have to put in some work. I went to class, took notes, studied the notes for the tests & got an A. Going to class & paying attention is crucial, he doesnt have echo or ppts he actually lectures & writes few things on the chalkboard but as long as u take good notes & study you should be fine.

His lectures are very important to go to but he does still post powerpoints with most of the information for exams. His practice exams are very helpful and most of the questions on the practice are on the real exam! He makes the lectures bearable with small jokes. Everything he writes on the blackboard is important so take good notes in class.

He is a very nice and funny teacher. However, he is very old school and somewhat confusing which makes his tests difficult. It's very important not to miss his classes.

Like one reviewer said, he is that hilarious grandpa at the dinner table. No, he doesn't have a powerpoint; but, he writes down the key materials on the board. He gives out a practice exam a week before the exam and assigns reading materials that go well with the chapter you are learning. Class flies by each time.

He is like the grandpa that I don't have. He likes to make little jokes to keep you awake during the lectures. Class always flew by. Take good notes and glance over the sections of the book that were assigned and you'll do well!

He's so old but I loved him as a professor. He puts a practice exam up on blackboard the week before the real exam. He writes on the blackboard so everything he says has importance and there's no extra material. You only really need the connect code for homework and I don't recommend wasting your money on a hard copy of the textbook.

He honestly isn't that bad. His tests are hard, yes but he gives out practice exams that are helpful. He only writes on the board in chalk (no powerpoint slides to review) so going to class is really important in addition to reading the book on your own. Anything in the book or in lecture is fair game. Just put in the work and you'll be fine.

Namms lab is awesome! Hes a great guy and will help explain anything you do not understand. Hes hilarious, always making jokes to make the class fly by and his tests are not too bad. He tells you everything to focus on the week before the test and everything he says is whats on it. Take him!!

Horrible professor and I would only recommend him if you plan on failing. He only writes on the chalk board and has no notes for you to look over after. He tries to trick you on the exams and even with studying for hours I would fail them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If you are unfortunate enough to be placed in this class, GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. He does not have slideshows, and tests on ANYTHING covered (or not) in class. If you miss one class, chances are you're screwed for that section of the test. The tests are extremely difficult and worded to trick you. I know of at least 10 kids currently failing

I heard so many bad things about Namm but he was one of my favorite professors. He made the information very easy to understand and he accepted a variety of answers on his tests. He has a very dry sense of humor so if you can pick up on his jokes he is hilarious. He is also a brilliant man.

I almost failed out of nursing school because of Namm's one credit A&P 1 lab. I would not recommend taking this class. He tests on information not in the book/ not discussed in class.

Professor Namm's class was great! Everyone told me that it would be incredibly hard, but as long as you did the readings (flashcards of the bold terms were a great help) then you'll do fine! He explains everything from the readings that he assigns in class, and if you paid attention the tests were easy. I wish I had him both semesters!

tricks you on the exam, doesn't help you in the office, tests are ridiculously unfair; you literally have to remember every word he says and every sentence in the book to get above a C. He never slows down, only writes in chalk (meaning no slides to review later), and doesn't help you in his office.

I had him for lecture first semester. His notes are straight up confusing and only in chalk. He does not offer any clear notes. He tries to trick you in his tests. For lab he expects WAY too much for a one credit class that already makes you work a ton. You spell anything wrong you get no credit. AVOID.
