Nater is so weird, and she can get annoying. She treats the class like it's still high school and is VERY strict about due dates. I'm not exaggerating when I say she will deduct points because you turned it in 2 minutes late. Would NOT take again..

I would not recommend this teacher to anyone. I really think she should quit teaching.The way she grades is pathetic.She finds too many reasons to deduct points. If you want to fail she will gladly fail you. Take my advice dont take this lady as a teacher !!! I saved you from an F.

Honestly, the class isn't too hard. She grades harsh and treats us like we're in high school. She threatens to take away phones and we go to class some days JUST to work on essays. I wouldn't take her again. Oh, if you do take her, you can't make up any work for any reason. So don't be absent. Ever. Unless you plan on getting a zero, on everything.

Great class. If you do the work, you'll pass. She gives tips for the quizzes and gives extra credit. She is also a good teacher. Only 3 papers, one is a research paper and If you get below a C on it, she allows you to correct it for a higher grade. Very fair teacher.

NOT easy, NOT horrible, assigns Lots of reading. I took her ONLINE, 6 Quiz (multiple choice) 20% of grade, 3 MLA Essays first is 10% and the other two are 20% of grade, 51 stories (which are on the quiz), 10 weekly postings 20% of grade, and a Final (not hard but essay type) 10% of grade. Again, Not an Easy class, she gives extra credits.

Professor Nater is a fun and interesting teacher. She grades very fairly and as long as you turn in all your assignments, you will pass her class. She does not like students being late or absent. Her quizzes are hard, but if you study for them you will do fine. She is a great teacher and I learned a lot from her this semester!

probably the worst teacher i have ever had, out of 24 students in my class, 20 where failing, this should tell you something, do yourself a favor and do not throw your money away by attending this womans class, also she focuses on what the stories say and not enough on the documentation, and still she expects it to be perfect.

THIS IS THE WORST TEACHER EVER! Very unreasonable grader, she pretends she cares, and she takes off too many points for incorrect MLA formatting, even if its just a comma, and does not allow you to fix it. She totally ignores the content of the essay and focuses on an irrelevant MLA documentation, unnessary curriculum DO NOT TAKE HER,EVER!

She is by far one of the best professors I've ever had. While she does expect you to work, she also wants to to succeed. I really enjoyed her thought provoking questions and friendly manner of teaching. If I could take her for every class I would. She is always respectful of students and great to converse with. Prof. Naters class isnt hard but not easy either. Basically if you do all your work you'll get an A. She's really nerdy and personally if it werent for the labtops in her class i would fall asleep.She's not the best teacher, but she's very nice and if you ask for help she'll definetly be there to assist you.Overall, Okay class... not hard at all.
