As a former student of Terra's and RCNJ graduate, I highly recommend Terra to other students. She is creative, honest and her love and passion for the art are genuinely expressed through her teachings. I would take all her classes again if given the opportunity. I learned a great deal from Terra and appreciate her quality and care as a professor

My major is biology and took this theater class to improve my public speaking and raise my confidence. I really enjoyed Terra and her class it was great experience that I can not forget I wish I could take her voice and movement class too.

For FYS, she is a horrible professor. When she grades your paper she just puts her words and her ideas in it. A friend of mine wrote an opinion paper on convocation and she took points off because she didn't feel the same way. You honestly just have try and make it through this class. She is honestly the worst professor ever.

When you write her papers, she'll take off random points for stuff that doesn't mean anything, like if she didn't like a word you used or something. She'll ask you your opinion and then tell you why your opinion is wrong. She's also specific about how she wants you to take notes. You'll get through her class but you won't like it.

Had her for FYS. Biased and nitpicked my papers; she couldn't find anything truly wrong, so she found things to MAKE wrong. If you disagreed with her, you were on her "merde" list. Very stubborn and difficult to put up with. Hated her- but the class is a CA requirement so she didn't make the syllabus. The class itself just sucks in general.

in a non major class within the last two weeks she expects us to memorize a monologue, written by another student and if its bad you are expected to rewrite is for them, a scene, and write 2 stupid papers, that do nothing but take up even more time. shes nice, but an awful teacher, oh and she counts every absence including jewish holidays..

Terra is a very challenging professor who will push you to your full potential. She is an experienced actor adn will guide you. Her workload was not demanding and the class was fun and a wonderful start to my mornings. I also was in one of her shows and she knows what she is talking about and pushes you to do your best. wonderful, take her!

Terra is awesome, her classes are really involved, so if you miss one you can miss alot. If your not into acting, it may be hard for you. There is a decent amount of memorization involved, you WILL work. I had a blast, I mean, in what other class can you play games like red light, green light 123?

Fantastic teacher. Really pushes you to go beyond your habits and blocks. Expects a lot and gives a lot in return. Incredible as a director. Her shows are the most professional things done at Ramapo by far. Complainers are not serious about theater.

As a professor she is pretty good and fairly lenient. Better as an actor than a director however. Recommended for class, not to be in her show though.
