professor fine is just that, FINE!!1! His class might not be interesting but his lush beard, bald head, and enormous glasses make me very interested. He is a really hard teacher, but that is alright, cuzz I get hard just going to class. Don't expect your grades to rise, but you sure will ;) Enjoy!!

haha..I dont know who made him the associate director of cornell ece..may be coz of him cornell ece isn't on top...this guy and his notes can confuse u even that 2+2=4. Atleast they should not keep funny mathematicians in ECE.

He's got to be the oldest guy in ECE maybe in all of Cornell. He is really old school and the is in the mean sense of course. A student shows up late to class on day and he shouts "Nice of you to finally show-up, Mark"...

Professor Fine presents some quasi-challenging material in a great (and clear) way and always got a bad rap from sophomore EE's who had never seen a difficult class before. I took this class as a junior A&EP major and found it delightful.

I think he is finally retiring and letting another guy (Haas) take over 310 for him. His class is not too hard at the beginning but then it gets pretty intense. He is kind of sloppy at the board but his book is pretty clear.

This man is awful- he makes probability as difficult as possible. 8:40am lectures, incoherent lecture notes , no section, garbage he makes up. 310 is hell on earth.
