Dr. Doyle is an amazing person who was very understanding of troubles that arose during the semester. That flexibility and understanding made it possible for me to finish the class with a decent grade. There is a lot of work, its somewhat simple. 6 quizzes 15-23 questions each. Use the slides & read what is assigned! If you have questions ask him!!

I really liked professor Doyle. His assignments are not difficult all you have to do is read over the parts of the book that are asked of you. He answers all of my e mails in a timely manner and he is always willing to help if you need it. Not bad at all for an online class

omg, this class is INSANE. DO NOT TAKE if you plan on spending your entire week working on assignments. Seriously, class is once a week, three postings on blackboard spread out throughout the week, and take home exam every other saturdays. So much work for a 200 level class. Not worth the time and stress.

Easy but BORING BORING BORING. Material is basic, redundant and common sense. Tests are hard because he draws from specific researchers' studies, so you have to read the chapters to know what he's referring to. Not accessible.

Professor Doyle is awesome! He's really nice and very enthusiastic about the subject he teaches. Makes lectures interesting by using movie clips, music videos, songs, etc. There were 2 papers and 2 exams (all multiple choice) in the class, which were fairly easy so long as you followed the lectures and read the book.

Papers easy, test somewhat difficult. NEVER EVER responds to e-mails. If you have to take him, fine. If not, that's fine too.

Papers are easy, just follow the syllabus. Test are really hard and have strange formatting. (Some fill in the blank with no word bank... usually on theories.) I found him to not be helpful at all. Wouldn't return emails, but acknowledged he received them when I saw him in person - very disappointed in that. Overall, average teacher.

He LOVES what he is teaching and is very enthusiastic. He tries to make class very interactive. Only have 2 papers and 2 tests. The papers are easy but the tests are VERY hard... study the notes.

He gives a lot of personal tests and handouts, and he lectures with overhead slides which I find to be very helpful. He is very nice and it's hard to fall asleep in his class because he is enthusiastic. The tests aren't too bad but you have to know a lot of names and theories and stuff.

He is the sweetest man but his tests are hard and confusing. His lectures are interesting but the tests are kinda technical.
