Boring but he does have funny little jokes every once in awhile. EASY class. You get a friggin cheat sheet on the tests, people shouldn't be complaining. I suggest going to ta office hours to look at your tests to see what you missed so you don't continue to miss it. GOOD TEACHER

Okay here's the deal. This class is hard. Daniel is not a bad teacher, I actually liked him. But the structure of the class will kill your grade if youre not careful. Web quizzes are VERY difficult. Do them with a friend and take your time. Tests: not bad but the MC are tricky, be ready to work fast cuz you'll run out of time. Go to class & study.

He is one of the worst teachers I have ever had. His tests are WAY harder than what you would think. The web quizzes are worded really weird and hard to answer even if you do the reading. He doesn't even go over the web quizzes the next class and basically re-teaches what the book already said, but with no extra clarity.

This class is easy, material is easy But, I'm primarily writing this review regarding his behavior. This guy is nuts! He acts extremely condescending towards the students and he indirectly calls the class stupid. For example:"C'mon is it really that hard?", "It's simple math, I could get my 12 year old grandson to do this" blah blah blah. Awful.

Tests are way harder than what you learn in class. You basically have to teach yourself the material and take a test prior to class. The teacher is very boring and does not explain the material well at all. I went to almost every class, did all the readings, and studied before tests and still got a C.

It really wasnt all that bad. He certainly knows what he is talking about and if you get a cool TA, which I had, they will most likely be able to explain it to you in a clearer, simpler way. Then the lights will click in lecture. Its alot of info, but he is pretty effective as an instructor. Almost as effective as you can be with this kind of stuff

Professor that cares about his students. Expects a LOT from students, but curves grades and is a fairly lenient grader overall. Recommended if you want to learn, but NOT recommended for those that just want an easy "A". In my section, we also learned some real life statistics applications using model psych experiments.

If you like teachers who ramble on in monologues and talk at you and not to you, or if you like teachers who rush you and give you insanely unfair pop quizes then this class is for you! Terry Daniel is the worst at explaining things. I could teach the class better.

I am taking this class now, but I wish I had come here before registering for it. This teacher is annoying; he tells you to read the book in advanced for a scheduled web quix but put things on the quiz in a way sooo ambigous/confusing you hardly know wha the right answer is (even if you read). Stats should not be this hard...DONT TAKE HIS CLASS!

I completely agree with the comments under me. He makes problems more complicated then they need to be (but only during tests). You listen and think I get this but just wait for the tests. The 10 web quizes before each lecture became annoying b/c he hadn't gone over any of it w/ us beforehand.

daniels is horrible and does not teach only recites formulas he also misleads students with his practice exams and gets kicks from tricking students with the wording on the quizes and exams
