He is a tool. One of those psychology nuts that thinks he is always right. He will know if you were touched as a child even if you don't know this. Very opinionated. Just stands there and talks with no class participation or questions which makes it boring and drags. Don't bring book to class, its not used there, but you will need to study.

Professor Reen was an amazing professor! Be prepared to take notes and to study, because he has four quizzes that are 80-100 questions each and account for 75% all together. Easy 4.0 if you show up to class, take good notes, and study study study.

Very good instructor. makes whole 3 hour lectures interesting. answers any questions. gives good notes. Very laid back and down to earth. I would love to take another class taught by him! Highly recommend him to anyone.

Professor Reen was great, he made psychology interesting and was very informative. The exams were a little tough at times mainly because they were around 80-100 questions, and some stuff we briefly covered. He's a very nice guy and easy to talk to. Take good thorough notes and study for exams and you'll do just fine. Easy 4.0.

Great professor. He does private practices and can give great examples to make sure everyone understands. Will answer all questions. Tests are easy if you pay attention in class. I did not use my book at all and passed with an A.

Prof Reen was a wonderful instructor. Very clear and concise as to what is to be expected of you from the course. If you do the work you pass. If you're a lazy person who doesn't like to study, don't take this class. Oh...and you must like to read. :) Prof Reen is very humorous and may get off track...Other then that...Gr8 teacher.

Comment:

I took Mr. Reen's class last fall and he's one of the most helpful professor's i've had at Mott. Gives lots of anecdotes and mnemonics to help students remember the material. Be warned, there's a lot of memorization involved, but that is to be expected. He takes a genuine interest in his students well being and education. Highly recommended!

Although he works for Grand Blanc High School, he is not a teacher there but rather a counselor. When we make comments we should try to be factual. Beyond that, he is very kind and everyone feels comfortable in his class. I learned alot and thought he was great. But I also read my book and studied my notes. And those were key to my 4.0!

Loved his class, he answered all of our questions even if we rambled off subject, I thought he was very fair, he lets you keep your 4 highest tests (out of 5) and he gives you plenty of opportunity for xtra credit work I really do recomend his class.
