I somehow learned the basics to programming in C++ though he doesn't teach well. His lectures are unorganized and off-topic. His two tests should have been cake but he expects a lot for "short answer" essay questions. Reuses tests and doesn't check to see if he's taught everything covered on them.

Rambles on and on. HARSH HARSH HARSH grader. I got a C- in what should have been an A class. He'll grade your papers as if he is an english professor. How does this guy make it teaching at a community college when he's this tough a grader?

he is possibly the most boring professor i have ever had. i fell asleep most classes, woke up and had missed nothing. didn't know exactly what he was talking about, repeated himself often. talked about random extraneous info that wasn't even interesting alot.

Classes are EXTREMELY boring. He lectures straight from the book, which may or may not be helpful. He assumes you understand everything. The book labs are pretty easy & the extended labs are challenging, but the exams are pretty easy.

kind of boring class. the labs and programs are extremely easy, but the exams are very hard. there are only 2 exams. he does grade them very liberally though, so it makes up for it. if you are just trying to knock out a gen ed, take this class.
