Dr. Zerda is a nice guy, and he's probably a great research scientist, but I don't think he's a very good teacher. I did not find his lectures very understandable.

Funny, mostly easy, will try to help you during office hours, grades graciously, no lab or lecture quizzes! no lab reports! if you have to take the course, take this summer one.

Not a good teacher, but the material and tests aren't difficult. If you have a good tutor that can clear up the concepts, an A is definitely possible. If you are an engineering major, you probably won't have any trouble.

that man has style! i couldn't get enough of his highbrow Polish dress sense. He should be given a raise. His lecture on metaphysical diversification of electropods was stimulating.

Don't be fooled by how quiet he seems; very bright and really interesting to listen to. Grades fairly, very reasonable to work with. Tells great stories if you can get him off topic; just don't go into his office expecting a chat.
