Professor works hard to make this subject understandable and interesting. The nature of the topics are boring to begin with so I find it hard to fault the professor. Get over the bus thing, how dumb it that?

I have never been more bored in my life listening to this man. He constantly reads out of the book, heck I can do that myself at home. If you like Ethics and Values than you might like him. I would recommend someone else! Apparantly he likes the bus more than his students cause he leaves early to catch it.

He is actually a way cool guy and I thought his class was pretty interesting. Some of the classes were really boring but I thought he did a great job of making the ideas interesting and making everyone think. His tests are easy if you take good notes and there is hardly any homework. I would recommend this teacher and I really like his class.

He does not care at all how anyone does in his class. Not helpful at all. His tests do not cover class discussion. Not very clear during class or on assignments.

I did not like this class what so ever! He makes you write an 8 page paper and gives no specifics at all about it. His tests are difficult, he is boring and is no help at all. Other phil teachers do not give as difficult tests and do not cover as many philosophers.I would never take this class from Ford had I known!

Very nice guy, his class is boring though. Not really his fault, just the contents he has to teach are already boring themselves, I don't see what else he could do. Class is hard, but not because of the professor; he really does spell out the tests in the lectures.

this guy is boring, but he tries to make class interesting. The class can be very boring and you have to do a LOT of reading that is just as boring and the tests are hard if you haven't read.

This class is not easy, but what philosophy class is? The lectures are enjoyable though the tests are quite difficult since most people in the class didn't read or study. Definetly not the most difficult out there.

Dry and Unpersonable. Don't take Ethics and Values from him if you fall asleep easily or daydream alot. Expect thought provoking tests and a 2500 word essay.
