Jim is really easy to get along with and is really laid back. He's interested in you learning sign and he lets you learn at your own pace. Attendance is crucial because you learn so many signs in every class that if you miss a class, you'll be lost. Very easy if you show up and pay attention.

He can be very arrogant, and seems to expect all students to be on the same page and they are not. Some have been signing with deaf family or friends for years, some have not. He signs too fast at times and seems to play favorites too. Its a tough one for me.
