I thought this class would be interesting and it just turned into a burden. Hard grader and there are only 2 papers that are worth the majority of your grade. Also, attendance is mandatory... and the class was pretty painful to sit through most of the time.

Dr. Benson is a very nice man and knows his stuff (in this case, Alfred Hitchcock films). However, make sure you come to class and participate in the online discussion forums as he will hold it against you at the end if you come to him for a higher grade, irregardless.

Dr. Benson is one of those people you come across very rarely in life; kind and humble, but also possessing a vast intelligence. He has a great demeanor and loves to smile. Take CAS 415 --- it's on Alfred Hitchcock's movies (we watch them in class) and it's a lot of hard work, but also a lot of fun!
