Comment:
Dr. Clark is a good professor and knows what he is talking about when it comes to getting your material ready for the business world. This class, although the lecture can be somewhat boring, has some of the most meaningful assignments of my Xavier Career. Although he has some condescending attitudes, he does not seem like a bad person, just older.

Condescending and very opinionated professor with a narrow mindset. Easy grader. Take this class as a sophomore or junior if possible, because taking it as a second semester senior is somewhat pointless (probably won't add any value to your job search).

This professor is very condescending towards his students. He makes you feel like your work experience is worthless. He isn't clear on when things are do. He is very arrogant and loves talking about how great he is or how much people love him. To top it off, he has the most annoying laugh on the face of this planet.

Dr. Clark is extremely knowledgable about the business world. His in class activities included mock behavioral based interviews and business etiquette. It really helped me with my interviews for internships. Super nice guy, he will help you with whatever you need.

One of the best teachers in business. You get out what you put into the class. People complaining about things not being relevant probably did not try or think of the class in the right way. Every single assignment we did, I used to apply for jobs in the real world. Thanks to this class I got offers from 3 different companies. TAKE DR. CLARK!

Waste of time class but attendance is mandatory, apparently. Professor is full of himself and thinks he knows everything. Makes you turn in a 2 page resume, everyone else on campus will tell you to stick to one page. Also awkwardly compliments the guys to excess. Hilarious and painful to watch.

Professor Clark has a lot of great insight to the business world. He is a really great guy to talk to, but I felt like a lot of the grades from his class weren't really explained that well. I learned a lot in MGMT 301 about networking and interviewing. Helpful class.

Dr. Clark assigned a great deal of work, which was challenging. Team assignment to read a business book, write report and present to class. He clearly explained assignments, quiz material, and final exam. He replied to email questions quickly. He had real world insight into business management and is very intelligent. I recommend his class.

Aside from MGMT 300, this was the easiest class. I pulled a B+ by simply attending class, and doing the material the night before/day of. Easy grader(don't know what the person below me is talking about) and you only have 1 test, 2 interviews and a few write ups, and it ended in November.

Managerial communications. He was very. Unclear about assignments, tough grader. Annoying laugh, and generally somewhat boring. Has a very annoying grading scale where 926/1000 is for some reason a B+, but 930/1000 is an A-. That's stupid. There are two in class interviews worth 200 points which he grades tough on, the rest of the stuff is easy.

This guy is so full of himself and the class is geared more towards what P&G looks for in a candidate than what other companies do. The class merely re-hashes what you learn in Business Professions over 4 years time. TAKE ANOTHER PROF FOR THIS CLASS!!!

Very good across the board. If you are not comfortable with communicating you will be after this class is over. Dr. Clark is extremely knowledgeable about the subject. The grade is based on homework, papers, in-class mock interview, and one easy exam. Highly recommend.

Whoever said that this was the most ambiguous class ever is still right. I love how I get a 95 on a paper, but there is no indication on why I got 5 points taken off.

This is an easy A. Do you work and you get an A (30% of the class gets an A) Definetely makes some weird remarks about being in the upper class but overall a nice guy.
