Comment:

Lectures during class but not irrelevant. Class gets you to think and is interesting. Not so focused on learning religion but rather using religion as a tool to introduce critical thinking and formulating educated opinions. Seems boring at first but the take away was awesome. You can tell he knows a ton and cares about your understanding.

He is literally amazing. He is always there to help and is basically like a friend he is willing to walk you through everything in class and also things that are not related to class. He is an easy grader, but I must admit his classes are so boring. Knowing he's a great person makes me want to take him again!

He is amazing!! Truly grew a close connection with him and was basically my personal therapist. I can speak to him about anything and he is always willing to help. His class is really boring and hard to understand but the class only consisted of three essays. He is so awesome I am willing to take any class he teaches!

One of the smartest people I have ever met. It is tempting in his class to not do the readings when they are assigned because you can still get an A as long as you study before the tests. Lectures for most of the class but very interesting. If you tell him what you are interested in, he is very helpful in providing related articles.

He is so awesome. He is the sweetest teacher in the world. Tests are pretty hard, but as long as you read your packet of notes that he gives you, your fine. He really nice and understanding. Do work for him because he deserves his students respect.He really cares about the students and is very intelligent.

One of my favorite classes that I've taken at Stonehill so far. Professor Clarke is absolutely insane but amazing. Tests are a pretty hard but study from his notes. He takes attendance but doesn't really care about it. Almost no discussion all lecture. Class gets boring sometimes but you can text, eat, read and he doesn't care.

Absolutely a great teacher to have if you arent a big fan of religion. The class is basically just about the ideas behind religion, but very little of religion itself. No final, no tests, only a few papers. Classes will be boring but he's an easy grader.

Probably one of my favorite professors ever! At first he seems to be a little boring and slow, but if you listen he is one of the most interesting people i have ever heard talk! If you can get into his class i would HIGHLY recommend it. He will do whatever it takes to help you understand the material and pass and truly cares about his students.

Very good prof. I recommend taking his class, I wouldve taken all my classes with him if I could. He talks a lot and you might be bored but really, he knows what he is talking about. Passionate and cares about what you learn,not what the paper grade says. never fails you unless you purposely fail yourself, will stop grading your tests at a B.

Gives an entirely new perspective on history. Real passionate guy and is a genius. Sometimes you question his sanity, but if you ride out the weird patches, they end up coming across as perfect sense in the end. No real work, really easy tests if you study, kinda hard tests if you dont, but he doesnt like to give out bad grades. He just likes to teach.
