Professor Fisher has good intentions and only has 4 grades: midterm, daily journal, final, daily journal and you dont get any updates on what you have in the class until grades are due after the final. Very caring but I wish he wouldve updated grades periodically.

Very cool dude that cares a lot about the topic matter. Gives a cool opportunity to write for his magazine. Daily journal must be maintained throughout semester. 2 exams that are opinion-based and easy. 25% of grade is attendance, but he never took it. Class is consistently 1.5 hours long. Can be a bit eye-roll provoking, but still a great guy.

He is a very energetic, jokester. He is in a way off putting at first but he is cool. Easy lectures, and not long either. He makes thought provoking material. 1 Midterm and Final, he also grades off of personal journals you write daily about yourself and day, he does not read them just show you wrote them. Easy, simple class.

Typing this on my first day of classes and so far he's so funny and great! Easy written out syllabus. 2 exams - midterm/final. Daily journal thats for a grade but not read or turned in. Random attendance. EC paper at the end. Seems very motivational and inspiring. Take him if you can! Excited for this semester.

Amazing guy, seriously take him! You don't have to go to class but PET4215 is just 1 powerpoint each class that he talks about. Midterm and final you must know a motivational theory to write about half a page on. He gives hilarious lectures, also writing in a journal is like 30% of your grade, just have like 10-15 entries filled for midterm/final

Personally hes not my favorite, based on the fact that his lecture can be highly opinion based. Mostly hes quite motivating, and his class is straight forward- Autobiography, Application Package, and Career Plan. I have taken him in once before, and definitely hope someone else teaches CAPSTONE in the future. Dont take him too seriously.

Honestly most inspiring teacher I've ever taken at UCF. His motivation lectures really speak to you as an individual. Regarding workload, assigns a daily journal just to jot down things that happen that day, midterm and final (opinion based). Super easy class but type of class that you want to go to.

Easiest class of the major with the easiest professor. Only did two short presentations and a resume that most of us already have. Went to class and did all the work and the class ended around 5 weeks before the semester ended. Dr. Fisher is great and I will miss taking his classes.

This professor is not only very entertaining, but very knowledgable as well. You learn a lot not only about the topics of the class, but about yourself too. He really cares about his students and loves what he teaches. If you want to leave a class feeling inspired and like you actually want to be in class, then definitely take him!

Favorite professor at UCF. He is a very funny guy and gives great life advice to his students. You can tell he only wants the best for everyone in his class. The class was very easy, just two opinionated exams and a journal he has you keep. Really what he looks for is that you show up to the class and really listen to what he has to say.

The absolute best professor at UCF! Dr Tom is not only a nice guys but he will do anything for his students in and out of the class. He helped me tremendously with my advising as well even though he was not my advisor. He's been through it all so he has great stories and relates everything to real life. Loved his class wish he taught more classes!

Cool guy with tons of information to share, but lectures can sometimes drag. Also there are just 3 grades, a journal, midterm and final. Seemed easy enough, opinion based extended responses but still haven't gotten any grades or feedback on the midterm we took 4 weeks ago.

Fisher is an amazing teacher! I will be taking him again. Very clear in lecture and hilarious. I enjoyed his class. He has you do a journal every day. He never reads it. His class is opinionated and loves to hear what you have to say. His tests are also opinionated. Amazing!!!

Dr.Fisher is top notch period. This is my second time having him and he is just an amazing person period. He challenges us to be better people as well as students. Capstone made us think about our future career paths and how to land our dream jobs. His tips were straight on and I will be using them on every interview I go on after graduation.

This is a very philosphical class. There is practically no work involved, just writing a daily journal. So: show up, pay attention, study the concepts and philosophies discussed and prepare for essay exam questions. Very easy, but also very insightful for dealing with human motivation.

Extremely knowledgable about the information and has high expectations for students. Only mid term, final, paper and small "extra credit" exam at the end of the course. Come to class, pay attention, study and you'll do well. Great professor and lots of stories.

This guy is a joke. He was never prepared for class and ad-libbed his entire lecture. Then about half his tests was on information that he "forgot" to go over. In my opinion, he needs to care a little more about his undergraduate students and stop pushing his master's program on everyone.

Great professor and great class. Fisher is an excellent motivational speaker and really knows his stuff. One of the only courses in my life that I attended every class, and it was because Fisher made it so interesting. Tests were all opinion...very easy class

This was my 2nd year/1st semester LEAD class. If you're not an idiot and you are able to contribute to discussions then you will do fine. Two short midterms (What do you believe will be the biggest problem facing the next presidency and Do you believe man is savage or benevolent) EASY to write about! Final paper on WHATEVER you want. Take him!
