Professor Gariepy is very knowledgeable, however, his Epidemiology class so far this semester has not been very interesting. While it is only 3 weeks into the semester, I really hope it improves or else I will not recommend this class to others who need to fulfill the natural science inquiry or anyone who might find Epidemiology interesting.

Professor Gariepy is a very nice man. His class, AIDS and Emerging Infections, can be dull at times, but his personality livens things up. He is very knowledgeable about diseases and healthcare, and I am considering enrolling in another course on the subject matter.

Gariepy is one of the most student-committed professors at Stonehill. He has immense knowledge of medicine and the inner workings of healthcare, and is working hard to strengthen the HCA department as a whole. Take a class if you can!

AIDS class with Gariepy was pretty interesting. Science isnt interesting to me, but Gariepy made it as fun as possible. If you need a scientific inquiry and dont mind getting a B or C, take his class.

Really nice guy. Boring at times but the class is actually pretty interesting. Either know the updates for the weekly quizzes or take good class notes to study from. If you do one of the two you will do fine on them. Don't miss class, the quizzes are huge % of your grade. Never looks at notes in class, genuinely loves/knows the topic.

Really nice guy who knows the subject and how to teach a class. You learn a lot, and even though I hated the weekly quizes they were easy and I wouldn't have read without them. I recommend it for people who need a scientific inquiry. Did I mention that he is a awesome guy?

Very nice man, but boring as all hell. You have to go to class and there is a quiz every week so therefore homework/readings are essential. I definitely would recommend the class, it is really interesting and he's a great guy overall.

I've had three classes with Professor Gariepy and I'm continually impressed with him. Unlike many professors, he has a wide variety of knowledge in both the sciences and humanities. Definitely one of Stonehill's best. Thanks!

Some of the most interesting lectures, the remarkable part being he could go on for hours never looking at a single note card. Either a photographic memory or a love for the subject. Definitely the latter.
