I should have received an A in this course. I spent hours trying to crack his riddles for what he wanted on essays. I hated how subjective the course was. It is not my job to get into the head of a person and figure out what captivates them to get an A. the B is destroying my GPA.

Comment:

Dr. Grzebien is amazingly intelligent and so sweet. He does sometimes get a bit carried away with the material, but if you listen closely and do the assigned readings before class, you will understand him perfectly. He grades fairly and gives detailed study guides for the exam. If you are willing to put in the time to read, you will do just fine!

I love this man. Just took him and he was such a gem I would definitely take him again. As long as you say something every so often he is fine, but if you don't talk it may be a long 2 hours because then he will talk the whole time. He is not a harsh grader at all and as long as you give him information for an answer you will do fine in his clas

Nicest guy ever. Lectures are insanely confusing he's all over the place so a little hard for quizzes. Would highly recommend his seminar though he talks the entire time and does not count participation which is huge part of grade. Also very easy grader.

This teacher is the best professor I have ever had. His lectures don't really matter because he always gives out an outline. Make sure you get him for seminar. You never have to participate and you will end up with the lowest grade of a B

Dr. Grzebien is such a nice, caring old man who puts in a lot of effort towards his lectures. He's a pretty easy grader, however his seminars go by very slowly because he talks the whole time, however it's okay because you will do well on all the essays. He's very smart and is always willing to help, he wants the best for his students.

NICEST man ever!!!! He is very smart - his lectures can get confusing, but he always gives clear notes and outlines out for his lectures. These are very helpful to refer back to when studying for exams. He is passionate about the subject which makes class worthwhile.

Dr. G is your classic funny, weird, old professor. He is kind of a scatterbrain and he has a stutter that can get annoying but he is absolutely BRILLIANT. This man loves the middle ages more than anyone loves anything, and it is inspiring listening to him talk about them. His seminar goes by very slowly, though, as he loves to talk the whole time.

Prof G is a great guy because he teaches with faith, hope, and love. Yes, he is knowledgeable, but his faith permeates his entire class and for that I most grateful. I am so tired of the PC profs who try to be cool and really teach from an anti-Catholic perspective. We are a Catholic institution; I do not want anti Catholic teachers. It must stop!
