One of my favorite professors in the Hispanic Studies department at Trin. Really wants students to do well and participate often. Workload is very reasonable, and if you speak up in class you'll do fine.

Literally the worst and least understanding professor I have had at Trinity so far. Does not respond to emails, gives no info on what the exams will be on, and is very unapproachable. I am embarrassed that this professor is employed by a respectable institution such as Trinity. I hope he read's this so that he changes his ways.

Harrington is great - he is really good with grammar and vocab but he is really flexible about changing up the schedule. For example, he let us have political debates all the time in Spanish, which I think really helped us more than just sitting there and learning grammar would do.

The man may know his stuff but he is a horrible professor! He is very unorganized, his lectures are so boring and unengaging and he gives absolutely no feedback on tests. Not to mention he has poorest Spanish speaking skills in his dept- avoid if possible

He inspired me to major in Span. His way of teaching is very interesting and challenging. He is one of the best professors from the span dept. He is always prepared, and there is no way to be ever lost in any of his classes, and he is very helpful!

I've taken several courses with Harrington and he's hard to read. He's clear and pretty interesting in class but I'm afraid of him. In fact I'm scared to be reviewing him right now. Menacing but in a subtle, undetectable way.
