Despite his tendency to go off on incomprehensible tangents approximately every thirty seconds, Prof. Hsu knows what he's talking about when he's actually on-topic. Figure out the parts of his lecture that are worth paying attention to, and you'll do fine.

This guy is HORRIBLE. He knows what he's talking about, you just can't understand a word he is saying so therefore you will not know what he is talking about. You're screwed because he's the only one who teaches the class.

This guy is very hard to understand. He is nice on his grading scale. He is rarely available for office hours. Therefore, you must find a way to understand his materials because the final is cummulative from the midterm exam. And also, whatever you learn from CE 332, it has very little to do with this course. So good luck.

Prof Hsu is a great teacher and really knows his stuff. Can be hard to understand sometimes, but will keep explaining until you understand him if you ask. Outside of class he is also very helpful. I cannot stand these negative comments posted about good professors by students who obviously tried to slip by in his class.

holy crap this guy is horrible. He cant speak english and all he says is "i am a crack man. i love crack" he is on crack because he never shuts up and talks super fast which makes the class even more impossible. he sucks and if u dont have to take him you are lucky

Use the solutions manual, show up for class, he curves the exams, FINAL IS HARD!! His exams are easy if you do your homework. You never have to study past the 1st 25 problems in the section. I would take this class again.
