Very clear in class and very helpful out of class. Not afraid to call people out on skipping class or coming late to class. Stresses the main topics of the class and always reminds the main idea of a systematic approach. Very friendly unless you don't respect him in which case he may mess with you but is never extremely disrespectful.

This class was difficult, but enjoyable. He is always available for extra help if you need it. If you get on his bad side, he isn't afraid to call you out during class if you aren't paying attention. He's a really nice guy overall, though. His drawings and in class examples are extremely well drawn and laid out. He's always cracking simple jokes.

He's a wicked hard-ass. He'll insult you if you aren't paying attention or if you're late to class. He is, however, one of the smartest CEE faculty and you learn an incredible amount of material in the course.
