He is very impressive lecturing from shear mental capacity, however he does not discuss what is covered in the homework most of the time. Do your work and take notes. You will have tons of homework, so stay on top of it. Difficult class, but an easy A if you are a hard worker. He is not the most helpful teacher, and he makes jokes that few get.

All you do EVERY class is take notes and lectures. You get 3 exams and write 3 papers, all you have to do is do the readings and take really good notes.If you meet with him before a test or a paper hewill help you a lot. Tries to be funny, but he is helpful, only when you ask. Get to know him.
