He's a sweet man, but his teaching style is not my style. The class was also when my energy levels are low. He's a very tough grader, but you can debate much of scoring with him. Normally, he will give you the benefit of the doubt.

Professor Tiwari was the most inspirational professor I've had so far at this university. His work proved to me that he has been the most effective at explaining complicated material in a clear and concise manner. Study for his quizzes every week and the tests will be doable.

I am happy to see so many people have had such great experiences, however, perhaps it was based on the easiness of the course the took?The organization level of this course was stressful and I rarely felt I was properly prepared for the exams. A lot of self teaching that needed to be done. Very sweet man. Not fantastic at teaching this subject

He is the best math teacher I have ever had. He goes over material in detail and is eager to help when you have problems. Attend all the classes, study for the weekly quiz, do all your homework on-time. He offers extra credit. I ready understood the material with him. He doesn't over assign homework. He is easy going and a fair teacher.

calculus is definitely a hard subject, so I definitely recommend taking it with Tiwari! He makes things as simple as possible and has tons of patience with his students and will work til everyone understands. Weekly homework and weekly quizzes which help you keep up to date on the info. And the tests basically come straight from the hw and quizzes!

Professor Tiwari is one the the BEST teachers i have had here at SSU. He is clear and concise in his teaching method and more than willing to help ANYONE having trouble with the material. Great teacher, he is also a very interesting person. He has some great stories. If you have to take Pre-Calculus, Take professor Tiwari, HE IS THE MAN!

Pre-Calc isn't an easy class for everyone, however, he makes it as easy as possible without leaving you unprepared for Calc. He will make sure you understand it before he moves on if you let him know. Go to office hours,ask questions and do the practice exams (they are VERY similar to the test).

Tiwari is a funny guy. He is very willing to help with any questions. he goes off on long talks about one thing, and can waste class time sometimes. I had this class M, Tu, W, Fr, and there was a quiz every Wed. Homework due for points every week, two midterms, a final, and project. Roll sheet every class. Hard parts like any calc related class.

Tiwari is one of my favorite teachers. i despise math, so i was not excited for 131. but he is so sweet and makes math super easy. you definately have to go to class but as long as you do you will pass no problem. he does quizes and homework so make sure you go, but he does give you a lot of breaks o assignments. i definately recommed him.

He's extremely friendly, fun, and caring. His Indian accent isn't a problem at all and he is very easy to understand. If you've taken pre-calc before, you should have absolutely no trouble in this class. And if you do have trouble, Dr. Tiwari is always willing to help. A girl in my class even went to him for help with her physics HW. Take him!

I took Professor Tiwari and loved him. He is a fun, knows what he is taking about, and extremely helpful. He has weekly quizzes but they help when taking his midterms and final. I wish that he taught Calculus 2 so I could take him again.

The best math teacher I've ever had. Made calculus understandable and even fun. He is so quirky and lovable with his Indian accent. Gives good examples in class and homework that solidifies your understanding. I wish I had him for CALC 2. THE BEST TEACHER EVERRRR!

Tiwari is the best! He is truly helpful and will make sure you understand the material. The first midterm was easy and the second very difficult, but grades fair. I recommend him for Calculus and I wish he was teaching Calc II
