Comment:

He take so many tangents from his lecture. Whenever he wants us to learn a term that is in his lecture, he'll have us try to guess it using other definitions. Just study the terms at the end of the book. He's really easy, but very, very, very boring. And comes to class with fishing shirts and sandals on.

Most worthless class ever. Learned nothing, listened to Vershaw ramble all day long about DASD's and tape drives, and passed all quizzes / tests with flying colors. Easiest class I have ever taken; recommended since it is a prereq and extremely simple.

This class was a surreal experience. I learned absolutely nothing, but still didn't mind taking the class. Whenever you don't know the answer on a quiz or test, ask him and he'll tell you. I did bad on the midterm because it made no sense so he gave me 4% to my final grade for the A.

Easy teacher, talks a lot but atleast you can understand him unlike other CS teachers. Takes attendance so try and show up. NO HW, weekly quizes which are easy if you dont know ask him hell tell u. No classes after midterm.

CS310, or as I like to call it, Tom Vershaw's Theory of Life. Lectures consist mainly of listening to him ramble about his life and adventures. Quizzes are cake, but watch out for the midterm - IT'S NOT MISSPELLED, IT'S WRONG. No class after midterm!
