I've always been good with Stat but this is ridiculous. Professor Thurston needs to go. His tests are unfair and he uses BS notation that you've never even seen before. He talks disrespectfully to kids in class. He needs to retire and get out of my school. NOW

He is the worst teacher in camden county college. I tried but could not follow his fast lecture .He don't like to solve any problem other than his own problem which is not related with the text and I was forced to drop because of his test.Multiple choice and fill in the blanks. U will have no help from him and never take him

I agree with others. First i tried, but it wasn't worth it because he made mistakes all the time anyway. Just put calculator info and drew bell curves hoping to get a B. Anyone who hung in got at least a C. I agree with others, didn't learn anything. But if you're not a math major, it doesn't matter.

nice guy if you can get him to talk about sports, the dogs, current events, but too complicated and gets annoyed if you ask too many questions, is an adjunct and has no office hours so extra help from him is hard. I think he feels stats is an easy subject and everyone should get it...easy for him he's been doing it for 40 years....

We have the same problems at Rowan. Horrible teaching skills. Won't use the book. Very confusing. Gets aggravated and changes the subject when we ask questions. Needs to retire. I actually wanted to learn something - not just pass because I show any kind of work to get by. This is ridiculous. MATH DEPT wise up!!
