great prof. way down to earth. hilarious man. and learned a lot from him. still remember the stuff he taught. also he is a pretty easy grader. plus he travels to Africa! organizes trips there! what a guy:) and pretty hott for an older man.

I love Tim! He is so cute! He wears the greatest clothes to class and paces. One of the few teachers I am willing to wake up at 8am for! Class is fairly easy, all you have to do is go to class and do some of the reading. Reccomended!

Funny, great guy, real down to earth. Very easy class, had about 400 people in it! Went every day for a month, then showed up for the final and got a B. Provides all lectures online, makes the class easy to follow. Highly recommended

Great teacher, i took two clsses from him and enjoyed them both. He is interesting and very helpfull and actually seems to care about the students. It does suck that he is leaving, as i think he is a better teacher than any other prof i have had.

WWU's loss is Green River's gain. This is proof that Western needs to waive the PhD requirement for tenure track positions, as Tim is a better teacher and would be a better researcher than anyone else in the Geog. program.

He made this class way more interesting than I ever expected it to be. He cracks humerous jokes that make it easier to get through the 2 hrs. Show up and somewhat listen for a pretty easy B. Study guides are somewhat helpful. Quizzes require an open book and decent notes to get an A on them.

He is a great lecturer and the class was really interesting and some was the book. The tests are really easy if you do the reading and know the stuff on the study guides. However, I felt like I wasted my time going to class because most of the lectures and test ?s were straight from the book.

Excellent prof, funny and entertaining even if his lecture material is not. Very good lecturer, clear notes, tells you pretty much what to study for on test. Tests are a little nit-picky but study 1-2 hrs before test and you'll do fine. Great guy, over all good class too.

This is a great teacher. He is such a dork, but his jokes actually make you laugh. Hi notes are online, but its worth going to class because he gives you test questions sometimes and he is actually there so people learn. I love his passion behind teaching. This guy is great. Take and class from him.

His sense of humor is great, and the class would lead you to believe that its easy. BUT.. his tests are extremely difficult! Doesnt prepare you for what he expects you to know on the tests. However, if you study and are really interested in the subject, i would reccomend.
