I chose him to be on my dissertation committee because after taking 2 of his classes, I thought he would be a good fit. Turned out to be a huge mistake. He is slow to provide feedback, has provided no support, and delayed the progress of my dissertation by his lack of responsiveness. I'm only glad he is not my committee chairperson.
