Comment:

One of the best professors I had this semester. She will really go out of her way to help you and give clear instructions and feedback on what you need to improve. She does give a lot of work but she does give you a lot of time to complete it and sometimes she even gives examples. The work is easy and the professor is great. I am taking her again!

Easy A if you follow the grading criteria and hand in assignments on time. Material is not too difficult to understand and she is very helpful when you have questions. Take this professor if you are looking to get an easy good grade and also learn.

This has to be the best teacher I have had so far. You do have to do a lot of notes because she shows A LOT of slides but I feel as though that thats the best way to lecture a class. If your lost she does not mind if you go to her office and speak to her. Shes such a caring person. I love her

Marx was one of those professors I will always remember. She tries her hardest to keep classes interesting and students focused - realizing we do get bored easily. And she cares which is so important. Taking the PSYC 102 just to have her again, loved every minute of the class!

Marx really ticked me off. She's rough on grading. You have to do your absolute best with her. Do not miss a class either or she'll make a big deal out of it. I missed one class and was late to a couple of them so she gave me a bad attendance grade, which prevented me from getting an A

Nice lady. Very kind. If you ask her questions during class time she'll gladly respond to anything. I like how she gives extra credit to her students. I didn't like her group projects because so much was asked from us. She'll take off points for any little error. Really technical. But she's not bad at all. Just be on top of everything!!!

The class has long lectures. She replies back to emails fast. She doesn't like when students miss days to her class, she is very aware who misses and who doesn't. There's like I believe 4 group projects, you need to be on top of that!!

The lectures weren't boring I don't know why so many people think so, but a lot of students sit there in silence when she expects participation and grades on it.. So many group projects which weren't terrible but personally I hate working with people who procrastinate. Overall a fun and interesting class. Very interactive not too boring

One word ... GROUP PROJECTS! I understand a few group assignments here and there but every week we had group assignments. I liked it but at the same time I hate having to depend on others for my grade. Lectures are boring and all quizzes are online. There is a lot of work though so do not fall behind!!

There's nothing better than a dedicated teacher. Someone in my class had a question she did not know the answer to, and later that night she did some research and emailed our entire class what she discovered! Fairly easy class, with interesting and fun lectures. Also, group quizzes? She uses them, so beware if you don't like group work.

Super easy class. She shows us powerpoints and we take a couple notes on it. Videos and games are shown to add some fun. All quizzes are online . She assigns us a couple of papers but they only have to be three pages. We do lots of group work like two in class quizzes and a large project so make sure you find motivated classmates

Prof Marx is great. This class (abnormal psych) was interesting. The quizes were online. She does take attendance seriously.. if you walk in after she did attendance you are counted as absent, she does not go back and change it. Other then that she is a great prof, you will learn a lot, and she is helpful if you are struggling.
