hot professor... but he sweats a lot! haha! the class is not the most interesting, but it's not difficult... a few tests is all, and it's mostly from the notes. plus, i learned a lot in this class that helped me with other classes! nice guy too.

This teacher has the looks! Sometimes his lectures get boring but that's only if you're tired. If you're paying attention in class, and come with energy, then his lectures are pretty interesting. Once in a while he will take attendance by having the students write out a situation and hand it in by the end of class. Films are also shown sometimes

Holy****. This class is ridiculously boring. I fall asleep almost every time. It takes at least 15 minutes to clarify a definition...because he's busy trying to use big words to explain things that are so remarkably general. You do not have to go to class and tests are easy, just study the review sheet.

Probably the most interesting and easy class (as long as you read and study). Text is good, and has a website with chapter outlines and quizzes that help a lot. Tests are easy if you study a little. Prof French is laid back. Sometimes the classes felt long (at 80 minutes) but typing my notes on my labtop helped a lot. Class is let out early a lot t

I dont know what everyone is complaining about...I went to six classes all semester, and three of them were exams...I still pulled off a B-. The grades are mostly JUST the three tests, and he gives you a review sheet...you can not go at all, still get the review sheet from blackboard, and study your heart out if you want.

tests are pretty straight forward if you study... i dunno what everyone is complaining about. he also gives out review sheets and has a review session. pretty much everything on the review sheet is gone over in class or is found easily in the book. gives you ample opportunities to do well.

Talk about boring. I could barely keep my eyes open in his class. The material was interesting it just took him forever to make his point. Exams where easy if you had last years exams but if not they were pretty tricky. Hes willing to help you pass though.

The class itself is kinda boring but the movies and readings are pretty interesting. If you do the study guide before the tests you'll be fine! we only have 3 exams the first two worth 25 points and the final is worth 50 points. Plus todd is a very fair teacher and is known to scale the exams. I never went to any classes and got an A in the class!

The documentaries are so interesting and he teaches the course so that everyone can understand it. If you're taking notes and going to class its easy to get an A on the three tests in the class. He makes the concepts very clear and I really enjoyed the class a lot.

prof is really nice and helpful... i recommend talking to him in his office hours since the class is so big. you take a lot of notes (all on powerpoint) and watch a lot of movie clips. interesting material. 3 exams are all mult choice... those are your only grades. if you study his study guides youre all set.
