Berno is useless. He tells you your work is great and tears it apart in crit and during grading. You won't know how he got your final grade. He just does what he wants. By far the worst professor I had in the ComDes program.

If you want to learn, you will. Otherwise it is easy to just float through this class. He doesn't really pay attention to attendance, and he even misses class randomly too. If you get his attention and make him sit down with you, he can really point you in the right direction and be very helpful. Very loud laugh. Bring headphones to class.

Really nice guy, very laid back. He's willing to help but his advice usually isn't much more than you could figure out yourself. Its a pretty easy class though.

Not very clear or patient tells you your work looks good then finds faults in critiques. Completely at odds with TA so you get very confusing mixed messages. Gives mostly everyone B's and even when he says your work has improved the grade dosent. Also he was absent more than 4 times last semester. I am avoiding ever taking him again.

A very likeable guy, but he gives almost everyone the same grades on assignments, and his criteria for grading is whack. He's not real clear about what he expects. He'll look at your stuff ten times in class and give you and ok, but then at the critique he can find all kinds of fault with it.
