I highly recommend Mr. MacDonald. For me, math has been a source of nightmares for many year, but I managed to complete both of his Math1090 and Math1000 courses in the first try. He provided excellent examples, and the assignments were very helpful in preparing us for the midterm and final. The material is difficult, but Mr. MacDonald is great.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER take this prof. Total waste of money and your time. Not helpful. Always rude and condensending. Ask a question and always get a scarcastic answer that makes you feel stupid. If you want to fail and feel belittled, take this course with him. If not AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Complete must have teacher for math 1000!!! He is very slack and very easy. He give's sample assignments (called worksheets)and the answer keys to them, and the questions on the assignments and the ones of the worksheets are excatly the same!! This is the same for the midterm and the final as well! I got 90 on the midterm!

Found him very abrasive. Very hard to talk with. Corrected tests/assignments like they were national exams! This is a first year calculus course. NO need for such harsh remarks! We aren't all math majors.....

Intimidating man but if you get on his good side he is helpful. Do NOT come late to class, do NOT leave early, and do NOT talk or fall asleep. He is a very tempermental man and has no problem embarassing you in front of 200 other students.
