Comment:

Professor Re, is quite a nice person and has a great personality. However, his teaching style is horrible. He bases his teachings on assumptions that you know the information already, which is kind of backwards of teaching. Normally most IT professors will teach and show you how to apply the information based on the lecture. This was not the case.

He has been absent at least 5 times this semester, the Spring 2014 semester. Also, of the 4 tests this semester besides the final, he has delayed 3 of them and turned 1 of them into a take home test because he was absent so much. The guy, overall, is intelligent and nice, but he has a poor attendance record and is disorganized. Not worth it.

This professor is inconsistent with his syllabus. 4 out 5 times, he will not respond to your email He talks way too much about his time in the Navy, and about his hobbies tinkering with other electronics. More than half of the topics on his tests and projects weren't even mentioned in class. His lessons are very fast and he doesn't repeat himself.

I was in a remedial class with Prof. Re. He explains everything very, very well! You should appreciate that he is an easygoing teacher. I passed my exit exam with a 98! Some people think that he's unhelpful, but if you pay attention, you'll see how much of a great prof he is!

Awesome proff. his class is super easy. i never really understood the law of sin, cos, and tan till he taught it in class, and i got it right awayy. will deff recommend him. sometimes he talks about cars, his fam, and the navy , but is nice to have a lil break since we cover a lot of material

Felt he was kinda lazy, printing out wikipedia articles to use for lessons. Didnt really understand much, had to do a lot of the work myself. Talked a lot about other colleges being expensive and navy and all that. Nice time waster for class, but when test time comes, we dont do so good due to wasted time.
