after taking 2 exams i was considering dropping asked him what I should do. He told me I was doing fine and then ended up failing. He is a nice guy and tries to help but the only way to pass is to cheat.

Have taken all his classes except 237. Not the most interesting of classes. Writes own book that he lends out. No surprises, gives a sheet of exactly what material to expect on tests usually 1 question per chapter plus proof. Finals were usually 10 questions give or take and 2 proofs. DO THE RECYCLING!

Very tough class. You aren't allowed to use any type of formula card, so you have to remember all formulas relevant to the chapters covered. Also, each test includes a random theorem proof chosen from around 10 possibilities. Again, very tough class and tough professor. Nice guy though.

Fair teacher but definitely better then taking at University Park. I didn’t agree with his derivations test questions but it should be 20 easy point on the test. All around great person. Do the recycling at all cost…. It help even thought it stinks…

This man saved my college career and, as a result, my professional career as well. He agred to teach classes to me through independent study abd took A LOT of time out of his schedule to help me. I owe him more than I can ever repay!

He's a really hard teacher. You have to eat, sleep and breathe physics to get an A in this class. He expects you to know way too much. If you study your *** off, you'll still only get a B- or a C. He doesn't want to help people.
