Awesome professor! This rating doesnt make much sense since he just gave his last lecture today... but he is one of the best professor Ive had so far. He could have been a bit more organized but he made lectures very interesting and never missed an occasion to make a joke. He really wants the students to succeed. Thank you Dr. Stretton !

Tony has a lot of experience but is not an effective lecturer. What he writes on the board is illegible and he talks really fast when going over the course material so that he can spend time telling jokes. His notes are posted online which have everything you need to know for the exam, but they are long so review them and make sure you understand.

Tony has really entertaining lectures, but if you don't already know the information it's probably really hard to follow. His tests don't ask any questions that require real knowledge--only memorization of facts and little details, so it's really easy. Read his notes he posts, even though they're super long.

He has notes on all you will get tested on which is super useful if you want to get a good grade. Now, you gotta work for it cause there's a lot of stuff on those notes that he doesn't necessarily cover in lecture, but he's such an entertaining and nice professor, I'm not bitter. I got a good grade with him anyways.

At first, you may be overwhelmed by the amount of drawing and scribbled notes that Tony writes on the board, but don't worry, he posts REALLY good online notes. Definitely go to lecture and focus, but don't get caught up on the details. Tony is hilarious and is obviously very well known in his field. You can tell he loves what he does.

Comment:
His lectures were very disorganized and his slides where over-detailed pictures. The textbook will not help much. However, before each lecture he post lecture notes which contain everything you need to know for the exams. They are extremely detailed. Many of the test questions are the same as the lecture and quiz questions.

Prof. Stretton makes many of the students laugh and enjoy the topics he is presenting. It's best to review the lecture materials before class, or you may become lost in the ensuing hour.

He's a crazy British dude who wants you to succeed. Know how graphs work, read his lecture notes, and do the practice test (it has a bunch of the same questions as the exam he gives). Also, silence your phone in lectures... or else...

Tony is an amazing scientist and truly funny/inspirational man! His lectures are extremely interesting--so go to them! However, his British accent, occasional mumbling and tangents make lectures somewhat hard to follow. Make sure to keep up with the material--because it can go fast, especially if you've never taken an anat/phys course.

Tony is an amazing guy and definitely knows what he is talking about; however, being a professor for a 400+ student lecture was not his forte. He posts the slideshow online along with some of his notes, so I wouldn't bother going to his lectures. They just seemed to be pointless to me. The best part of Tony is he gives two chances for the final.

Lectures are hard to follow, but his lecture notes that he posts online are good -- go to class anyway because he is hilarious. He gives two exams -- the first was 75% questions from his quizzes and practice exam, the second is a bit more difficult, but you take your highest score. Extremely nice and funny guy, makes lecture fun to go to.

Tony was probably the funniest professor I've ever had, not to mention one of the nicest. His lectures are a bit disorganized, but he posts long lecture notes online which are extremely helpful and you need to read in order to do well on the tests. He genuinely wants his students to succeed to.

Tony's lectures are a little hard to follow, but he is an amazing teacher and really wants his students to do well. His office hours are really helpful if you get lost. He also post all his notes online, which is all you really need to pass, but I would still suggest going to class, Tony is hilarious.

His lectures can be hard to follow, but he posts the notes online and these are really all you need to do well. He is available to help multiple times a week and really cares about the students.

He is a good guy. It is hard to follow him in lecture sometimes, but his lecture notes that he sends out are completely understandable so focus on this those. He really cares for his students so if you feel there is a grading discrepancy on your exam feel free to talk to him about it, he will take a look & reward you if it is within reason.

Tony is very smart, and it's crazy how he personally knows the scientists who carried out major experiments in the field of molecular and neurobiology. Although it can occasionally be hard to follow his lectures, the lecture notes he provides explain in detail the major points that he covers during lecture. Tony is very helpful during office hours.
