He's. Just. Great. Definitely take him if you like to hear awesome stories and really want to get involved in them. It's an easy class as long as you participate and are insightful in your responses. He definitely pays attention to each person and cares. He even went out of his way to do an interview for a friend of mine. Take him!

Is very interested in and committed to his line of work, which made it even more interesting for me as a student. There's really not a lot of work on a day to day basis so he expects you to do what he asks of you, cuz he does remember it all in the end.

this is an extremely easy class..no exams only a paper and 12 one page papers throughout the semester. however he makes the participation 22 percent of the grade and doesnt say so until the last day of class...he gave me a C plus when i had done everything and had received good grades. he totally ruined my gpa

Although, I never had Wendle as my legit professor, He has subbed and been a guest speaker in a few of my classes including Ant 110 with Ric Curtis, whom he studies Anthropology with. Wendle is a older man, maybe 50/55, but for a older professor he has this sexy look. He has several tattoos, and piercings. He is very relaxed and a great speaker.

He is great. Gives a weekly reading and you write 1 page summary. Gives a 10pg paper which is so much fun to do. No midterm - No final. He dresses crazy and makes you laugh the entire class. Great professor. Loves his job!!!

This man is excellent. He knows what he is teaching and obviously enjoys his job! He gives assignments that are fair and encourages class participation. Tells numerous stories about drug use that are enjoyable and useful to listen to. Does give some reading though and writing assignments, but he is not a pushover when it comes to them.

Prof. Wendel is a GREAT teacher! I always looked forward to his class, it was real.. Based on the diff. info. he gathered throughout his life. It is an easy A, just go to class and do the work. U will also learn alot form him, he's a great man.
