She is such a good professor. She is so interested in our opinion and experiences which is so much better than being lectured all the time. She gives great feedback in papers. There was a midterm and a final. A few smaller assignments about every 3 weeks, or so. A larger research paper due at the end. You'll enjoy it!

Comment:

I enjoyed taking Professor Smoke's class. Not too difficult as far as the work load and she's very lenient, but almost too lenient. The content of the course is pretty interesting too. There are textbooks, but we barely used them. Overall, she's a good professor, but I feel like she will forget to mention important things (i.e., due dates)

SHE'S THE BEST! I wish I could take her other class that she teaches! The material that she teaches is very interesting! She's very nice and helpful and very big on blackboard posts! 1 Presentation, 1 Midterm Paper and 1 Final Research Paper. The workload was fairly light. YOU MUST TAKE HER CLASS!!

Take her! Take her! Take her! She is such a kind, helpful, intelligent woman. Didn't assign too much work (2 papers, take-home midterm and final research paper) and gave extensions whenever she was asked. She encouraged a lot of interesting class discussions, really knew what she was talking about and loves hearing student's opinions.

She is one of the best prof I have had in this school. She is very helpful. She asks you to complete 5 assignments during the semester and they are very easy and interesting. The best part is the take home exams. I totally recommend her.

I took this class for my minor requirements, but I left it feeling really sad. Professor Smoke is awesome. She is kind and personable. She likes when her students visit her office, she gives a lot of assignments through the course, but they are easy and very interesting. A lot of class discussions too.
