I really enjoyed Professor Eastman because she's very knowledgeable in her field and is very aware of potential career paths; she's very helpful when it comes to post-school. Due to her specializing in the work force she's also sensitive to different roles and schedules that people might have during school. I had her for internships and class.

Dr. Eastman is alright. She's the only professor who doesn't know me by my name. Her in class lectures are very long and are pretty boring. Attending class is hard because you could learn the info on your own and class isn't really fun. A lot of work for an intro class.

Extremely well organized. She manages to fit every single thing she wants to talk about in exactly the amount of time she has, regardless of how much time the class spends talking. Take notes, read over them before the test, and look at the study guide, and you'll be fine. She has a brief overview of last class, but it pays to be there.

Most boring, useless class I have taken at DU. 350 points available in her class and she doesn't grade very fairly on projects--gave me a B- on a project because it was "bland" for her taste. Last time I checked I wasn't a design major...Anyway, I learned more about abnormal psych in psych 101. Don't waste your time here!

Professor Eastman is hilarious, but not always clear on the subject material and leaves some material out of the exams. She does a good job of trying to help with our problems but kind of fails. Her tests DO require studying, especially of the terms, since she sometimes leaves them out. The study guides are important. The assignments are easy.

High pitched voice made me long for a closed captioning system. Other than that, not so bad. Actually had to study for tests, but all other assignments werent that hard. From someone who thinks most Psychology is a load of liberal crap, she wont try to cram any crazy ideas down your throat.

yea, she tends to ramble on in a monotone voice. Is very unconfrontational about classroom problems. Tells jokes and stories so horrible(ly), you can either already be done for the semester or laugh at how bad they were. But, tests were easy. don't really have to study, just know the material and can guesstimate on her test questions
