Hands down the best teacher I have ever had! I am looking forward to having him again next semester! He does panic sessions for all of his quizzes, and always gives you a study guide. He's a little all over the place during lecture but extremely enthusiastic. DO NOT BUY A TEXTBOOK! It is absolutely useless in his class.

Professor Wood is incredible! While he sometimes doesn't explain things clearly if you say something he will make sure you and everyone in the class understand it. Gives reviews that look exactly like tests and quizzes and asks the same type of questions. If you show up to class and put a decent amount of effort into it you will get a B.

GREAT teacher! He is focused on you learning and understanding the material. He will give quizzes before tests, and he allowed corrections on most of the tests. He makes learning chemistry very entertaining, and I guarantee you will be excited for that class everyday. I wouldn't want to take chemistry with any other professor.

Dr. Wood is my favorite professor. His concentration is on learning, not necessarily testing. He has a passion for what he does and he inspires me to learn. He can be confusing at times, but he will make sure you learn.

Freakin' hilarious. I hate chemistry, so it's hard for me to stay motivated and focused. Easy to get off topic somedays, but other days fly through the lecture. He is a good instructor, but can be confusing. Make sure to speak up.

Awsome teacher. I learned a lot but he's also funny. I wish we'd covered more material but we learned a ton about what we did learn. It can be hard to catch him in his office but his class is intresting, fun and you will learn a lot. Also he seems nicer then a lot of the teachers and compared to my friends I think we have it easier but learn asmuch

This is different then most teachers that teach linearly. It took me a while to adjust to his teaching method, but it is very possible to get an A because he we usually tell you what to an expect on a tes

Dr. Wood is very helpful at clearing things up. He knows sooo much about Chemistry that he is able to teach you several different ways. I need help outside of class and he was willing to meet me and help me. I took him for Chem 1 and Chem 2. I would take all my classes with him if I could!

Dr. Wood focuses too much on being liked by his students than actually teaching. Although he is funny and friendly, that's not what I pay for. I don't feel like I got what I should have out of this class. He helped people to different degrees (especially certain cute blondes!) and he laced structure

I love Dr. Wood! He is my favorite professor of all time! He expects you do to your work and loves students who participate in class discussions. He is also very helpful outside of the classroom if you go talk to him. Very caring and usually very understanding. I feel lucky to have him for alpha!
