Amazing professor that can call any of 40 some students by their first name within weeks. There isn't enough space to describe her attributes. Lots of group activities bring closeness to an otherwise huge class. You walk away knowing infinitely more than when you walk in.

Hands down the best prof in SOE. Dr Blackwell taught FIVE classes Fall07. Tireless experienced educator whose positive energy permeates every session so you'll never want to skip. Lots of collaborative activities. When she gets on a soapbox, you need to listen. Work hard and ye shall be rewarded.

This lady is fabulous. She really knows her stuff and it comes through in her teaching style. She is there for you to learn, she nevers sets you up for failure. A lot of work is required in the class but you have adequate time and resources to get it done. I'd take her again.

Kept us very busy...but she is very enthusiastic and it rubbed off. I would love to take more classes with her, or even just go out for a drink! very dynamic lady.
