Comment:
If you into social justice issues, this is the class you must take. Professor Randall is the most intelligent, brilliant, and eloquent professor at the law school. She is a hidden gem filled with treasures of so much knowledge and insight. Based on the comments, it is clear that students do not have the skills in identifying intelligent people.

Randall is the top professor at UD Law School. Don't listen to the students who will try to deter you from taking her because you will lose out on an important and lifelong experience. If you want to be the best Person and Attorney then take the best (like Prof. Randall),if you are just brown-nosing for class rank and self-obsessed, take the rest!

If I write a Profiles in Courage type of book about teachers who rise above the fold to make learning about more than basic canned textbook traditional education, Professor Randall will be in it. She is a powerful teacher who tries to teach students to re-think how they perceive the most profound diversity concerns of our time. A Hero in my Book!!

I would not even call her a teacher since she just walks around listening to your groups. The only learning you do in the class is from the readings or the group discussions. It was the worst class I've ever experienced and it still angers me even though I took it in the summer. Yes it is good to discuss race and diversity, but teach first!

The Best at Udayton Law!! 1L Summer Starter. Finally, a prof that brings up races and diversitys in criminals laws--class is fun--much better than sitting through a boring rerun of Hawaii Five O. Some peoples don't likes this class--but some peoples loves it--to those who don'ts--I say "book 'em Randall." Hope she teaches lots of electives!

I had her for a class she "created" called Social Justice Lawyering. I took it in the summer of '06 as my 3L writing requirement, and she was awful. She never gave us a complete sylabus and expected us to complete a Community Assessment project using guidelines from a website she has still never finished creating. She was worthless as a professor.

horrible experience. this was a healthcare law class and she forced us to sit through an hour long presentation on the need for reparations. When she actually did decide to "teach", she did nothing and we all got in discussion groups (and mostly bithced about the class)

She is such a angry woman who hates the world. Very liberal and believes everyone is ****. In all fairness she bends over backwards to help minority students and is probably a very good person but definetely has a chip on her shoulder.
