Scientific writing with Dr. Luttrell - class can be difficult but she gives very clear directions and exactly what she expects. Going to class is extremely helpful because she goes over the assignments exactly during lecture time. Bonus tip - if she gives you the option to turn in your final paper early for her to check, definitely do that!

I took her Scientific Writing class. She's super quirky and fun as a professor, which helps considering the course content is really boring. She has reasonable expectations and is open to answering questions and helping on assignments. The only scary thing is the lit review she makes you write at the end, lol.

Luttrell has been my favorite professor this year. She has made Intro to Psych more interesting than any other class I've taken. She cares about the success of her students and teaches in a way that is easy to understand. This was the only class that I looked forward to everyday. Tests are pretty hard but very doable.

Hands down the worst teacher I have ever had. Very inconsiderate and annoying as hell. She treats the students like a bunch of 5 year olds. I would do whatever is possible to avoid this woman. She thinks she is big time since she is a chair on te board.

Easy to follow for notes...but her tests are really hard. I learned so much from the four classes I've taken with her, but she is one heck of a hard grader. I suggest that you study if you plan on taking her. She's hard, but her stories are worth it.

Fascinating class. EXTREMELY HARD! More biology based material is discussed and her tests are insanely hard. She is very willing to work with you but I would not advise skipping her class at all. Plan on devoting a substantial amount of time preparing for her weekly quizzes and her two tests. The multiple choice is killer!

Best class I have taken at Drury. She makes the class so much fun! It really doesnt feel like you are learning the way she teaches but when you sit down to study for a test everything she has lectured on comes back to you so easily. She is very willing to help students but will NOT let you make up a test. Go to class and you will make the grade!
