Very difficult class. Moves very fast and prepare to have to learn most of the chapters on your own. Tests are extremely hard, even when studying for hours. Would not recommend.

Comment:

Class overall was dry and felt so much more longer than 1 hour and 50 minutes. Other than how the classroom atmosphere, the class is a walk in the park. Professor Doby explains the format of the test the class before, and with that I was able to get A's on the 2 exams we have in the class. Highly recommend taking her. Understood the material well.

Had Dr. Doby for many classes. Always sooo helpful and understanding if you have an issue. Definitely wants everyone to do the best they can and offers extra credit. Class is a little boring but love her as a professor overall.

Her class is pretty easy, as long as you study hard for the tests. She is very helpful and cares about seeing her students succeed. She will alter the dates of her tests to make them more convenient for her students, and provides opportunity to gain extra points on tests. She is not the best instructor in the world, but makes up for it.

Horrible teacher. Her lectures have no reason to them. Tests were incredibly hard and often had none of the material she told you to study on them! Attendance is a must and she actually deducts points away from you final grade if you did not come to class. The sum it up, I feel sorry if you have to have her as a teacher! HORRIBLE TEACHER!

She was a VERY nice teacher...she is very concerned of her students well being. Although I didn't do good in the class, but passed lol she made sure to see if I needed help. She is kinda weird. But helpful. The class is very confusing so you need to pay EXTRA attention unlike what I did.
