FOR SWK100 NOT 200. At the beginning of the semester, our professor passed away and we got stuck with Susan. She is very rude and passive-aggressive and gives horrible feedback if you ask her for any help. She knows a lot about her field, but should not be allowed to teach.

I do not recommend taking this class with Dr. Grettenberger as the professor. She doesnt give any grades back until the week before finals, which means you dont have any way to improve your grade before the final exam. She isnt a good teacher and bragged about herself and her life accomplishments more than teaching us anything about social work.

Where do I start. Its week 16 and there are no grades entered in Bb. She acts high and mighty and is sarcastic and rude. Just handed back papers 1-3 on week 15, giving me NO way of knowing my grade until the week before the final. Class is graded on 3 papers which are GRADED WAY TOO HARD FOR A 100 LEVEL COURSE.

Horrible professor. If you are interested in Social Work avoid her completely. She has good intentions but does NOT know how to teach, I did not learn anything. On week 10 we had no grades on Blackboard. She ridicules students for mistakes or for even just being confused and is extremely sarcastic and just rude. Literally made me question my major

So disappointed with her teaching. I guess being the director of the program and having a Ph.D doesn't mean you can teach. She is a nice, experienced person but I almost always regretted going to her class because I learned nothing. I only went because she took attendance. I started questioning our school's program after taking her class.

She's tough and expects a lot. She is also very smart and understanding and will help out wherever possible. She has made me think about things more thoroughly. Expect to write a lot, learn a lot, and enjoy the class. Good experience!
