I absolutely loved Prof. GD! She genuinely cares about her students and is always willing to help. She has a lovely personality and she is very funny! We watched a lot of movies, had a midterm and final, and had to do a 30 minute presentation, but it was fun and I learned a lot! I highly recommend that everyone takes her!

Not the best class, but her enthusiastic personality and humor made this class tolerable. She didn't teach much, although she did give specific study guides for the midterm and final. Mostly watched videos and other students' presentations, which was quite mundane. Overall, an easy class but I would've liked more material taught in the class.

I absolutely love her!! She's the kindest, sweetest lady and is so helpful. Her tests can require a lot of information to remember but as long as you study you'll be fine. Definitely take her if you can she's the best.

She's really funny and that makes it easy to pay attention in class. Also, really helpful if you have special needs that require accommodations. I had a lot going on in my family life while I was in her class and she was accommodating of that too by helping me out with an extension or two. She cares about the subject and makes sure you understand.

I loved her class but unless you are an experienced writer, she will grade you a little hard on your open ended on the tests. She is very clear about what will be on the tests,but just make sure to know details so that you can show her you studied. A couple videos here and there. If youre taking child psych save your money and don't buy the book.

She has the most energetic personality of any professor I have ever had the past 4 years at ramapo. She is so funny and LOVES to laugh at herself which always made the class laugh. We watched a lot of movies, 2 tests (although they were hard) and one presentation. 3 hours is a little long but it was worth it. Loved her class. I defy learned a lot

Cross-cultural psych with this woman was a pleasure. She is so nice and sweet and her reviews for the midterm and final are great. All i did was show up study for the two exams take notes and Aced the course. Shes a model of a near perfect professor and wish ratemyprofessor wasnt the reason her classes close so quickly. She's very caring, fun, funny, interesting and engaging! She makes you want to go to class even if you're NOT a morning person. Notes are intense. But she gives a good review before every test. You don't need the book if you take notes in class. Take her any chance you get. Gonsalves is a BALL of love :)

Child Psych class with Professor Gonsalves-Domond was great (any class with her is! they are all run the same way)! Loved the class, she's a very happy, high energy woman. Fair grader- no homework. Read the book/take notes and you'll do great! Always reviews before the tests- I'd def take her again & suggest you take her as well!

AWESOME. She is definitely one of the best teachers I've had. I'm a business major and after taking her I've decided to have a psych minor. She is nice, kind, and caring and VERY energentic. Always keeps you interested in the class. Only 3 exams and nothing else.
