Best English teacher I've had by far. Sit in the front, participate,never be late, hand in the essays and you'll get an A. She's intimidating at first, but once you get to know her, she's the most sweetest and kindest woman! Take her!!

Professor hasner is by far the greatest professor i have ever encountered. she would have a set schedule for assignments but she would sometimes postpone the due date. she was very understanding and although she comes off as tough she really is an amazing person. anyone who recieves below an A must have did nothing at all in her class.

A really nice and fair professor. No tests. Essay must be on time or no A for you, she allows you to resumbit your essay as much so that you can get an A. If you know your going to be late don't even take her class because you WILL fail. Participate and try to sit in front. Very sweet and caring ladd you will love her and enjoy her class very much!

took her freshman year, was blessed with our class because it felt like a family being in it, and though it was an 8:00 class our attendance is great. we had a crazy time!-4287'fall 09- we took her class again for 151 and on the first day there were 60 people asking for overtally!!Prof. Hasner, thank you!YOU ARE THE BEST!!!may God bless you more!<3

deff the best professor i had so far at CSI. it is highly encouraged you sit in the frontand participate cause she cuts you so much slack. she talks low at points. she gives approx 2 essays and a research paper and either an acting play or a final (only if she knows you are not paying attention. lets you redo papers for a better grade.

I'm so glad I had Professor Hasner. She is witty, funny, amusing, words cannot describe her! I TRUELY LOVED how she taught class. The stories we read were really interesting! She allowed you to rewrite papers for better grades...I WOULD definately recommend her!

professor hasner is truly one of the best english teachers ive ever had. she's entertaining, smart, interesting, and you can tell she genuinely CARES about each of her students. her class does involve a good amount of work, but nothing difficult and nothing excruciating or boring. i dont mind one bit having to show up at 8am for her class.

The nicest and most caring professor you'll ever have at CSI. She doesn't give freebie grades, but they are quite easy to earn, especially if you know nothing about writing. She's very informal and will always work with you, and point out your errors so you can redo the work for a better grade. Definitely a great professor.
