He likes to use the book a lot. You need to do all the exercises in the book and then you will pass the class. If you do not attend, you will not know the right answers. He is helpful if you really need help, but if you do not, he is not very open to talk.You just need to follow the book and hand in all the homework. His exams are take home.

His class is basically to follow the book, so you have to read and do the exercises or you will be lost in the class. He helps when you ask him something and he talks a lot about his own experiences and that is kind of interesting. You can't get behind or will not be able to catch up, a lot to do!! Quizzes and exams are easy if you do homework.

This prof don't "teach" in class at all. Only thing we did was going over HW, which you get full-points for turning in. Quizzes, midterms, and final were take-home and T/F questions, but they were extremely hard because the wordings were difficult and tricky. Overall, if you need CPA unit, take it with him, but don't expect to get an easy A.

Having taken plenty of classes before, this teacher is a waste of time. He doesn't lecture but instead has students go through newspaper clippings or instead puts on a tape made in 1995 on internet banking. Waste of money, time, and learned nothing.
