Dr. Hamouda knows stuff himself but his style of teaching is horrible, I cant stress that enough. Gives numeric problems but rarely uses chalk and board,just reads out the slides. You have to have super interest in the course because lecture isn't that helpful. Would definitely not recommend if you are looking for easy grades. 9 C and 1 F says all.

I took this course with Dr. Hamouda, he is a knowledgeable professor who knows communications very well. He cares about his students and spends lots of time to explain material for students who lack the required background of communications. His final was not difficult, more than half the exam from material he gave in class or posted.

He teaches well. Don't even smile in the class. Both Mid term and Final are far difficult than whatever he teaches in the class. Gives only numerical problems. They both are even one or two steps difficult than the assignments he gives. He gave 8 C's and an F. The more you devote time to this subject, the better grade you will get.

Definitely register for one of his classes. He has nice notes, assignments and the exams and marking is fair. He is not the type of professor that will read everything from the slides.

The course is not easy but if you attend and solve the assignments you will get A. His exams are reasonable and never fails anyone. I had Prof. Hamouda in my undergraduate course, he is very nice and clear about the material. He knows a lot and thats why he expect you to study hard to benefit.

Nice Guy! accommodating gave me an alternate midterm cuz i couldn't come for religious reasons. He's the course coordinator. he wrote up and gives out solutions to all the suggested problems. gave a ton of past finals and midterms. do them all! its a hard course study hard. lectures are pretty clear weekly writing assignment can be annoying

heard its difficult course but when took it with Dr. Hamouda it was really excellent experience. He uses the board not slides which gives time to understand. He makes this math course very interesting because he is very knowledgable about the application to engineering. He is more tended to examples in electrical. I would strongly recommend him.

This is one of the best courses I had in Concordia. Dr. Hamouda made it easy and VERY intresting. So far he is one of the best teachers I ever had A+++! I enjoyed attending and learned a lot. If he is teaching, take his course you will not regret it.

I dropped my elec261 winter course with a stupid prof because I failed the first midterm, then I got the same course with Dr.Hamouda in summer, I got full mark in both midterms and a sweet A out of this course, He is so clear and kind and understanding. you'll enjoy his class. He explains so well that you just can't miss it,he is also very handsome
