Knowledgeable, engaging, charismatic. Non-rigid lesson plans are more conducive to learning and information retention; cuts out the filler. Fair but also generous in marking and workload. Great Prof A+.

he does know what he's talking about, but he has a problem letting the class in on it. so very disorganized.lectures were practically empty cuz it's practically impossible to stay awake. and the readings were terrible; so boring and long and random. he does seem like a nice guy, and he is a unique character, but a bad lecturer.

Professor was kind, helpful, and allowed for unfortunate circumstance. It's too bad his lectures were disorganized and unclear. I felt the topics covered could have been treated in a far more coherent manner with more relevant information rather than clever, but useless, anecdotes.

Skrobacki was amazing. I throughly enjoyed his class and his knowledge and enthusiasm about the EU and Europe are evident in his lectures. One of the better profs I've had at U of T.

One of the most amazing and under-appreciated professors at the University of Toronto. This man is more intelligent than all of my professors combined within the last four years. He is so passionate about his work that you become motivated to learn. Take all of his courses if you can. Trust me.

Not organized at all! This makes his lectures very confusing. He needs to go in with a lecture plan but it's so obvious that he does not. Lectures are usually boring and very hard to follow. It's true that he knows a lot about the EU/Europe, but that doesn't help the students if he can't teach it.
