He's a good professor who's willing to help clear out all confusions and will spend a lot of time explaining and reexplaining if you don't understand. Had 10 quizzes and 2 exams for his half of the semester which weren't too bad. Makes the lectures interesting and he's funny in a dorky way. Overall great class and an easy A with little effort.

Very passionate about what he is teaching! He is always willing to help out if you are confused. His sense of humor made the class more enjoyable and a little easier to follow. My only complaint is that he can at times be "too smart". He goes through some topics quickly because he assumes they're easy and you should know them. Overall though: good!

I always looked forward to Dr. Lily's classes as his teaching method was very enjoyable. He made learning about the the cell and very interesting experience. He also has a great sense of humor that helps communicate topics to students. He is very knowledgeable of the topic, however he does not follow the book and teaches the subject in his own way.

Overall, Dr. Lilly was a very good professor. He explained concepts pretty clearly, and in a way you can understand for the level of the course. The tests can be a little difficult because he grades the written part of it toughly. The power point portions of his tests weren't too bad though.

Dr. Lilly has an entertaining, but concise lecture style. A big portion of the class consists of critical thinking problem sets that are worked through in assigned groups, so a good group is a must! Dr. Lilly is very helpful, especially during office hours, but he is a somewhat picky grader. Overall, highly recommend!

Walt is the easiest biology teacher I've had. He is so funny in lectures, he hates grading anything so I've gotten points right on quizzes that I've messed up. Don't even need bonus with him, but he will give it. Walt for President. Oh, and you'll actually learn something too.

Very smart man.Can be hard to understand but if you ask questions he will help.He jokes around a lot.His old tests are online,USE them. you can count on pop quizzes and the test has a short answer portion and 30ish questions that are 1-2 word answers, displayed about 4 at a time on powerpoint.you have a limited time to answer them.KNOW YOUR STUFF!
