Comment:

Mr. Findley is a great teacher. He really know his stuff, often teaching without the use of any notes. The history stories really come to life. I had him for American History and I feel like I know SO much more after taking this class. Tests are multiple choice, but you need to study. He puts up a review to help you.

Well, Mr findley is a great teacher. As long as you study well and come to class you'll be fine. He gives quizzes unexpectedly so you will need to study before each class. You can pass the class as long as you're ready to learn and study.

Even though Mr. Findley is monotoned, he is a great teacher. Besides the tests, all of the assignments are easy. Since the subject is history, there are a lot of names you have to remember, but he puts all of his powerpoints online so you can print them off. He also does test reviews telling you exactly what you need to learn and also scales grades

Mr. Findley is a very nice guy, just not a good teacher. He is extremely monotoned and his tests are impossible. Worst teacher I've had by far. The only thing I learned from this class is how to sleep with my eyes open.

I enjoyed Findley's class, he has quite a sense of humor...very fun man. If you are looking for a challenging course, he is one to take. He isn't easy, his test I find rather brutal, but I did quite well with a B. He knows his history, his powerpoints aren't as helpful as paying class attention to the details his adds in class. MUST be in class

Mr. Findley seems to be a comical teacher. I have only taken his classes online, so never actually met or seen him. Listening to his lectures through the BB he seems rather laid back. Some of his tests answers don't seem to match up with his lecture answers, but all in all he is a decent teacher. Do the work and you'll get the grade.

I took his class for 101 and 102. I took 102 online and it was a lot harder. He is a wonderful instructor- really knows his stuff! Makes history easy to understand. But I would not recommend taking this class online unless you plan to study a little everyday!

Mr. Findley is a great teacher and a really nice guy. Easy to understand and very funny, he makes History interesting. He teaches from Powerpoint slides and gives out 10 point quizzes sometimes. His tests are pretty hard, so make sure you know your notes. I am taking him again next semester. Highly recommended teacher!

Findley is not only a superb teacher, but a awesome human being. He is a true southern gentleman in every way. I saw him give his only umbrella to a lady so she wouldn't get wet. He was the most interesting and professional teacher I had in college. I took him at GSCC and at JSU. He IS serious when he says study, so go to class and take notes!
