He knows the topic, but is a little above students when teaching. He, however, is the best option when taking corp fin because he simplifies the material for you. His english isn't as bad as the rednecks in the other comments said.

He is a terrible teacher. Probably the worst I have ever had. He moves along way too fast, and has no I idea what he is doing. Although, he doesn't want anyone to know how bad of a teacher he is so he has huge curves.

Awesome grading on papers and projects. Exams arn't the easiest, but makes sure everyone passes the class in the end. Overall, pretty cool teacher.

I have nothing agains foreign teachers! But Liu cann't speak English well, and if that isn't bad enought he writes this own BOOK! So basically if you don't understand him you have no where to go! yuck!
